Job summary

LeadsOnline is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders while owning meaningful pieces of our international HR footprint and total rewards program. This is a build-and-execute seat in a lean, high-growth tech environment.

Based in Plano, Texas, you will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer & the VP of HR, tackling compensation, international programs, and AI-enabled HR operations as we scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including Senior HRBP or HR Manager level.
• Experience at PE-backed or venture-backed, high-growth tech companies is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience owning compensation, international HR, and HRBP work, not routing to centers of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to designated leaders and teams, coaching on performance, organizational, and talent matters.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Own day-to-day administration of job architecture, leveling, and compensation structures; support benchmarking and incentive design.
• Partner with Legal and Finance on international employment matters and cross-border programs.
