Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Global Compensation Partner to deliver day-to-day compensation support across leaders and HRBPs. You will ensure policy adherence, manage offers and changes, audits, and educate teams to build capability.

The role emphasizes governance, accuracy, and confidentiality in a high-volume environment. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in compensation, with SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years in compensation with strong analytical and auditing skills.
  • Experience supporting leaders/HRBPs and high-volume processes.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for compensation inquiries and apply policies with flexibility under management guidance.
  • Support offers, promotions and retention actions ensuring alignment with salary structures.
  • Audit pay changes and drive process improvements to ensure policy compliance.
  • Educate leaders and HRBPs on compensation practices and pay-for-performance concepts.
  • Identify true exceptions and escalate to Compensation leadership with clear context.
  • Build trusted partnerships with leaders and HRBPs while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Understand job leveling and salary structures in day-to-day decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations/Payroll to correct pay errors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
