Job summary

ProSource Technologies in the United States seeks a Senior Proposal & Pursuit Manager to own the proposal and qualifications function. You will coordinate with executives, PMs, and subject-matter experts to craft compelling responses that win work.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role with responsibility for strategy, messaging, and final submissions. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in proposal development or related marketing roles, excellent business writing, and strong project-management

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in proposal development, proposal management, pursuit management, or A/E/C marketing.
• Experience within engineering, architecture, construction, environmental, transportation, aviation, energy, utilities, infrastructure, real estate, or another technical consulting environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to transform technical information and SME input into clear, persuasive, client-facing content.
• Strong understanding of proposal responsiveness, evaluation criteria, differentiators, and persuasive proposal strategy.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development from initial opportunity through final submission.
• Develop proposal strategies, schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, assignments, and production plans.
• Coordinate input from executives, PMs, SMEs, and other stakeholders.
• Establish and manage internal deadlines and accountability for information.
• Identify gaps and strengthen the final response.
• Create proposal themes, differentiators, and client-focused messaging.
• Write and edit compelling proposal narratives beyond provided content.
• Prepare letters, complex proposals, SOQs, qualifications packages, and other pursuit materials.
• Translate technical information into clear, persuasive content.
