Job summary

Quince is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Hard Home) to own cost structures, drive savings, and build a competitive costing environment.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will leverage deep costing and clean-sheet expertise to challenge suppliers and achieve top-tier pricing while maintaining quality and ESG standards. The role spans category strategy, RFP leadership, upstream sourcing, and value creation, with equity and bonus potential and remote-friendly policies.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a consumer goods or retail environment.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategy to improve margins as Quince scales.
• Structure and run end-to-end bidding processes with manufacturing partners.
• Build AI agent to run RFPs systematically in 2026 with scenario analyses.
• Create clean sheet costing for buy events and negotiate upstream inputs.
• Lead upstream sourcing and value creation initiatives across materials and categories
