You will manage senior stakeholders, align on relationship strategy, and act as the primary escalation point for day-to-day activities. The role requires a deep FinTech sales background, 10+ years in account or relationship management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Sales Executive in FinTech or financial services.
• 10+ years as an Account Manager / Relationship Manager in FinTech or related fields.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio to meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage senior stakeholders and align on relationship strategy.
• Sell company products and services to grow business in your portfolio.
• Ensure schedules and budgets meet contractual agreements.
• Create and deliver account plans with quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate stakeholders globally to meet objectives and client needs.
• Negotiate and close deals, leverage product marketing support.
• Understand products to inform the product roadmap.
• Focus on account retention with growth-minded opportunities.
• Travel domestically within the US.
