Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Financial Partnerships Manager to own day-to-day relationships with sponsor banks, settlement banks, PSPs and other financial institutions, shaping strategy and growth for our global payments platform.

You'll oversee quarterly business reviews, negotiate contracts for new products and geographic expansion, and coordinate responses with Compliance, Risk and Treasury to move money securely and at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and interest in payments & financial services.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage information and relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive, can-do mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship and strategy for sponsor banks, settlement banks and PSPs.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with performance updates and roadmaps.
• Lead contract renewals and negotiations for new products and geographic expansion.
• Coordinate responses with Compliance, Risk, Treasury and internal teams.
• Identify prospective providers, build relationships and monitor portfolio metrics.
