Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Senior Global Mobility & Immigration Program Manager to lead international mobility, relocation, and immigration programs. You will partner with senior leadership to create scalable solutions for workforce planning and global expansion.

The role requires 7+ years in mobility/immigration, strong vendor management, budgeting skills, and collaboration across HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders. Hybrid work arrangement with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, relocation, HR operations, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mobility programs, immigration processes, and compliance.
• Experience managing large-scale programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Experience managing external vendors and service providers.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mobility, relocation, and immigration programs that support business objectives and talent strategies.
• Develop and maintain mobility policies, governance frameworks, and operational standards across domestic and international programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on mobility strategy and cross-border workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with immigration regulations, work authorization requirements, and risk management practices.
• Manage relationships with immigration counsel, relocation providers, tax partners, and other external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement scalable program enhancements through automation.
• Oversee mobility budgets, forecasting, vendor expenditures, and program cost controls.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to address mobility needs.
