Job summary

Western Union is seeking a seasoned Global Mobility and Immigration leader to drive end-to-end programs, primarily in U.S. immigration while coordinating with global teams. You will partner with HR, Legal, and external providers to ensure compliant, scalable mobility solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in global mobility/immigration and a track record of managing complex programs across regions. HYBRID work model with offices in Miami or Atlanta is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, Global HR Operations, Total Rewards, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing employment-based immigration programs.
• Experience managing global mobility and immigration programs across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience managing U.S. employment-based immigration programs, including work authorization and compliance requirements.
• Experience partnering with external immigration counsel, mobility providers, or relocation vendors.
• Experience developing or administering mobility and immigration policies, processes, or governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global mobility and immigration programs, partnering with HR, Legal, Finance, and external providers.
• Serve as primary contact for employees and stakeholders on mobility matters globally.
• Oversee U.S. immigration programs and vendor coordination across EMEA and APAC.
• Administer I-9 and E-Verify programs, compliance, and record retention.
• Align mobility activities with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop mobility policies, governance standards, and procedures.
• Manage relationships with immigration counsel and relocation vendors.
• Monitor regulatory developments and program metrics for improvements.
• Lead projects to support organizational growth and operational effectiveness.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
