Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Partner to deliver thoughtful, compliant mobility experiences for candidates and employees. This senior IC role reports to the Global Mobility Lead and expands as programs mature, driving improvements and scalable workflows.

You will own end-to-end immigration and mobility matters, advise stakeholders on options, and manage relationships with counsel and providers while maintaining data accuracy and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in global mobility, including in-house experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration.
• Trusted mobility advisor to employees and managers.
• Experience with relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and business travel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of immigration and mobility matters across sponsorship, relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and travel.
• Lead strategy and delivery for complex U.S. immigration matters with outside counsel.
• Advise candidates and internal stakeholders on mobility options and tradeoffs.
• Manage relationships with immigration counsel, relocation providers, and other partners.
• Develop workflows, playbooks, reporting, and self-service resources to scale mobility programs.
• Maintain work authorization data and ensure compliance with policies.
