Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and a J.D. from an accredited law school with state bar admission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–8 years of legal experience with corporate/M&A practice.
• Experience leading domestic and international transactions from inception through closing.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills for transaction documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-oriented legal advice on significant transactions across the organization.
• Lead and coordinate due diligence and oversee outside counsel when needed.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, Tax and other teams throughout deal lifecycle.
• Manage multiple complex deals and ensure on-time completion within budgets.
