Qualifications

• Requires 4–8 years of legal experience with corporate/M&A focus.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
• Ability to independently manage domestic and international transactions from inception to closing.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and strategic counseling on significant transactions.
• Lead and coordinate due diligence, identify legal risks and tailor protections.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, Tax, and other teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Manage outside counsel and control spend while maintaining ownership of the transaction.
• Draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, LOIs, term sheets, and definitive agreements.
• Lead negotiations and drive matters to completion on demanding timelines.
