Job summary

Cencora is seeking a senior corporate/M&A attorney to advise on significant transactions across its global organization. You will manage the deal lifecycle from inception to closing and post-close integration, coordinating with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, and other teams.

Must have 4–8+ years of experience, a JD, and state bar admission, with strong drafting, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive complex deals and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong corporate/M&A capabilities providing business-oriented legal advice across global transactions.
• Ability to independently manage domestic and international M&A and strategic transactions through all stages.
• Experience drafting and negotiating NDAs, LOIs/term sheets, and definitive transaction documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on significant transactions across Cencora's global org.
• Lead and coordinate M&A deals from inception through closing and post-closing integration.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements.
