Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Life Sciences CRM Global Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive end-to-end CRM transformations across biopharma and medtech, aligning strategy with delivery across commercial, patient services, and field excellence.

You will lead global delivery governance, shape requirements, and mentor practitioners while advancing data privacy, regulated controls, and Salesforce ecosystem integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences.
• 7+ years delivering go to market strategy operations in the Life Sciences Industry.
• 5+ years in Global delivery governance managing clients, stakeholders and vendors across multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery management with CRM platform expertise.
• Ensure end-to-end execution of CRM solutions across Salesforce transformations for biopharma and medtech.
• Shape business strategy, lead requirements and process design, and guide cross-functional teams.
• Drive business development activities, craft proposals, and develop practitioners while promoting data privacy and regulated controls.
