Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Salesforce Life Sciences Senior Consultant to help Life Sciences clients transform through strategy, data, and technology. You will lead end-to-end delivery across business, technical, and regulatory dimensions.

You will work with Pharma, biotech, and medical device clients, leveraging Salesforce platforms, Health Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud to create measurable business value and scalable solutions. Willingness to travel 50% is expected.

Qualifications

5+ years in consulting or the Life Sciences industry (pharma, medtech, biotech).
3+ years leading Salesforce programs, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations.
Life Sciences Cloud Certification or Health Cloud Certification.
Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

Support design and delivery of sales/service transformation across strategy, process, technology, and operating model workstreams.
Analyze current-state processes, journeys, and structures to identify gaps and improvements.
Gather and document business requirements; translate needs into deliverables.
Facilitate client workshops and interviews; track decisions, risks, and actions.
Create presentations, status reports, and implementation materials for program execution.
