Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Life Sciences CRM Global Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive end-to-end Salesforce transformations for biopharma and medtech clients across commercial, patient services and field excellence.

You will lead global delivery governance, shape strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and develop practitioners while ensuring compliance, data privacy, and regulated controls. The role involves business development and crafting proposals across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences (biopharma or medtech).
• 7+ years delivering go to market strategy operations in the Life Sciences Industry.
• 5+ years in Global delivery governance managing clients, stakeholders and vendors across multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery management with CRM platform expertise across Salesforce transformations for biopharma and medtech.
• Shape business strategy, lead requirements and process design, and guide cross-functional teams through delivery and adoption.
• Drive business development activities, craft proposals, and develop practitioners while promoting leading practices in compliance, data privacy, and regulated industry controls.

Education

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
