Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Life Sciences CRM Global Delivery Lead Senior Manager to drive end-to-end CRM solutions across Salesforce transformations for biopharma and medtech clients. You will shape strategy, lead requirements and process design, and guide cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

You will also drive business development, craft proposals, and develop practitioners while promoting strong compliance, data privacy, and regulated industry controls. Travel ~50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting or industry delivering CRM/engagement platforms for life sciences (biopharma or medtech).
• 7+ years delivering go to market strategy operations in the Life Sciences Industry.
• 5+ years in Global delivery governance managing clients, stakeholders and vendors across multiple time zones.
• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery management with CRM platform expertise across Salesforce transformations.
