Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Senior Consultant to help clients transform sales and service with strategy, process, technology and operating-model workstreams. You’ll analyze processes, document requirements, and support program execution across Life Sciences clients, including pharma, medtech, and biotech.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, delivering artifacts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting or Life Sciences (pharma, medtech, biotech).
• 3+ years leading Salesforce programs, including full lifecycle implementations.
• Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud Certification.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 extra years of professional experience in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of sales and service transformation.
• Analyze current-state processes, journeys and org structures for gaps.
• Document requirements and translate needs into deliverables.
• Facilitate client workshops and track risks, issues, actions.
• Create presentations, status reports, maps, and implementation materials.
