Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Senior Consultant to help Life Sciences clients transform their sales and service transformations using strategy, processes, technology, and operating models. You will lead end-to-end delivery across biotech, pharma and medtech sectors.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in consulting or Life Sciences, 3+ years leading Salesforce programs, and relevant certifications. Travel ~50% and potential sponsorship may apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting or Life Sciences industry (pharma, medtech, or biotech).
• 3+ years leading Salesforce programs with full lifecycle implementations.
• Life Sciences Cloud Certification or Health Cloud Certification.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 4 additional years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work and clients served.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the design and delivery of sales and service transformation initiatives across strategy, process, technology, and operating model workstreams.
• Analyzing current-state business processes, customer journeys, and organizational structures to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating client needs into functional recommendations and deliverables.
• Facilitating client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions while tracking decisions, risks, issues, and action items.
• Creating presentations, status reports, process maps, and implementation materials to support program execution and stakeholder alignment.
