Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated opportunities across the UK, Poland, Spain or US. The role involves independent RFP and paid feasibility objectives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering data-driven site feasibility analyses across therapeutic areas.

The candidate should excel in English communication, have CRO/pharma experience, and be able to operate in a virtual and team environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research; ability to present complex data.
• Working independently in virtual and team environments.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent feasibility assessments and RFPs with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple assignments across indications and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements and protocols.
• Support preparation of material for bid defenses and meetings.
• Develop metrics to measure feasibility and site identification impact.
• Maintain comprehensive records in internal libraries.
