You will interact with sponsors and internal teams to review protocols, timelines, and feasibility requirements, while mentoring colleagues and contributing to the development of feasibility analytics tools.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team settings.
• Ability to present complex scientific data and methodologies clearly.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry practices and standards.
• Strong bid text development and sales-oriented writing skills.
• Capable of managing data to drive business objectives.
• Attention to detail and site selection rationale.
• Influences country allocation and site selection strategy using data.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility assessments for RFPs and paid studies with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple, complex assignments across therapeutic areas.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and apply diverse skill sets.
• Coordinate with sponsors, protocols, timelines, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and support staff development as needed.
• Support development of feasibility systems and data repositories.
• Prepare and present pre-award feasibility findings and site recommendations.
• Evaluate informatics tools for registry search, enrollment models, and feasibility tools.
• Maintain comprehensive records and ensure timely data storage.
