Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking an experienced Conference/Meeting Planner to lead planning and execution of high‑profile in‑person, virtual, and hybrid events for a global law firm. You will manage every stage of the event lifecycle, partnering with senior leaders and clients to deliver seamless, memorable experiences.

The role requires 5+ years of event planning experience, strong project management, and expert vendor management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of event planning experience in a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex events with attention to detail.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to build credibility with senior executives and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events from concept through post-event review.
• Partner with attorneys, leaders, clients, and vendors to define objectives and develop impactful experiences.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders with a white-glove service approach.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources aligned with business objectives.
• Source and negotiate with venues, vendors, caterers, transportation, and production partners.
• Coordinate all event logistics: room setup, A/V, materials, catering, and décor.
