Opensity Solutions is seeking a Senior Event Planner in Boston, MA, to manage large-scale in-person and virtual events for a global law firm. The role requires an expert in events, meetings, and conference planning with budget management and vendor coordination experience.

The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team of event coordinators while delivering high-level service across all event phases in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm environment.
• Technically adept with event tech and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of event planning from concept to completion.
• Coordinate and oversee in-person and virtual events.
• Budget management, vendor relations, venue scouting, and logistics.
• Lead pre-event meetings and liaise with executives.
