White & Case LLP is seeking an experienced Events professional to plan and execute a broad portfolio of in-person and virtual events across the Americas and beyond. You will collaborate with the Americas and Global Events teams to implement best practices, manage budgets, and ensure client-facing events meet strategic objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in a legal services firm, with travel as needed and a strong background in event management software, including Cvent.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required and 5 years in a legal services firm
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Excellent communications and organizational skills
• Strong project management and budgeting abilities
• Proficiency with event management software and tools

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, implementation, and measurement of best practice approaches in collaboration with stakeholders and internal departments
• Plan and execute high-impact in-person and virtual events including client-facing, networking, thought leadership seminars and internal events
• Oversee logistics, budgeting, attendance metrics and post-event analysis
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with venues and suppliers
• Build registration sites and mobile apps using the firm's platform (e.g., Cvent)
• Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to communicate progress and outcomes
• Provide guidance for hybrid events and overall global events strategy
• Mentor junior team members and assist Events Manager
