FIRST is a global brand experience agency seeking an Event Technology Manager to guide attendee data management, registration platforms, and reporting. You will support the events team by implementing new tech, building lists in Excel, and coordinating with clients and delivery teams to ensure seamless events.

Domestic and international travel may reach up to 40%. We value strong communication, project management, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while staying on schedule.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Excel emphasis.
• Proficiency with registration platforms such as Cvent, Splash, Certain, Aventri, Eventbrite.
• General knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and oral communication at all levels.
• Motivated, self-starter, able to work independently; willing to travel to events.

Mansioni

• Implementation and project management of event registration websites, app builds and related tech for events.
• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Manage client communications from save-the-dates to registrations and confirmations.
• Database management to ensure data accuracy and generate lists.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams; respond within SLAs.
• Collaborate with Event delivery team on logistics, production and implementation.
• Prepare and distribute registration data and year-on-year analytics.
• Coordinate badges, cards, notices, agendas, signage as needed.
• Support registration desk flow and onsite event support.
• Lead attendee management with tech vendors pre-event and during execution.
• Create post-event client surveys and gather feedback.
