• 1+ years in Attendee Data Management or Event Tech.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Experience with registration platforms (Cvent, Splash, Aventri, Eventbrite).
• HTML/CSS knowledge a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willing to travel 10-20% and work evenings/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Support event registration websites, apps, and tech aspects.
• Manage databases for data accuracy and list generation.
• Communicate with clients to respond within SLAs.
• Coordinate name badges, cards, confirmations, and agendas.
• Lead onsite registration and train temporary staff.
• Travel to manage attendee logistics for offsite events.
• Create post-event client surveys.
• Generate registration data and analytics reports.
• Track time spent on projects for accurate reporting.
