Job summary

FIRST is seeking a Senior Event Technology Manager to lead strategy, implementation, and management of event technology across virtual, hybrid, and in-person programs. You will advise clients on best practices, oversee registration platforms and related tools, and guide the Event Technology team from pre-event planning to onsite delivery, while managing vendor relations and trends.

Domestic and/or international travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

8-10 years’ related experience in Data Management and Event Technology.
Expert knowledge of Cvent is required.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with registration platforms: Splash, Certain, Aventri, Eventbrite.
Experience with virtual meeting platforms and RFID/lead generation.
Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients on Event Technology best practices and platform recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, trends, and communicate with the team.
