FIRST is seeking a Team Lead, Event Technology to oversee the successful implementation of technology solutions across client events. You will manage a team, ensure best-in-class execution, and support the adoption of emerging tools to enhance event experiences.

You will travel up to 40% for onsite events and collaborate with stakeholders on strategy, platform recommendations, and delivery approaches for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years’ related experience in Data Management and Event Technology.
• Expert knowledge of Cvent.
• Strong data management and reporting skills; advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Cvent, Aventri, Certain, Aventri, Swoogo, Rainfocus, Eventbrite, SpotMe.
• Proficient programming skills in HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript.
• Flexible to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a senior escalation point for clients, internal teams, and direct reports across pre-event, onsite, and post-event delivery.
• Consult with clients on Event Technology strategy, platform recommendations, and delivery approach for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
• Oversee planning, build, testing, implementation, and delivery of event tech solutions (registration websites/apps, on-site registration, reporting, surveys).
• Provide hands-on delivery support for builds, database management, communications, reporting, and badge/print production.
• Mentor team members through complex builds and client requirements; ensure timely resolution.
