FIRST is a global brand experience agency seeking an Event Technology Manager in a hybrid role based in New York. You will assist clients with registration websites, new technology platforms, and data management while supporting the event delivery team.

Strong Excel skills and platform proficiency are required, with travel up to 40% for on-site events. Expect responsibility for coordinating registrations, data integrity, and on-site support, plus collaboration with the events team on logistics

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with registration platforms such as Cvent, Splash, Certain, Aventri and Eventbrite.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and manage event registration websites and apps.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support client communications.
• Manage client communications, invitations, registrations, and confirmations.
• Maintain databases, data accuracy, and list generation.
• Collaborate with event delivery teams on logistics and production.
• Generate year-on-year statistics and event analytics.
• Coordinate badges, place cards, and on-site materials.
• Provide on-site registration desk support.
• Lead attendee management and vendor liaison pre- and during events.
• Produce post-event client surveys and feedback.
• Ensure SOPs and maintain precise event records.
• Review third-party vendor invoices related to events.
• Identify cost savings and value adds.
• Track time spent on projects for accurate reporting.
• Mentor new joiners and support team learning.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
