FIRST, a global brand experience agency, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support client-facing and internal events. You will manage all phases from briefing to reconciliation, coordinating venues, AV, registrations, travel, and budgets while ensuring compliance and high service levels.

Role requires travel for onsite events and collaboration with marketing, production, legal, and data teams. Strong communication, leadership, and vendor management skills are essential, with remote

Formación

• 5–7+ years event management experience, preferably in corporate or financial environment
• Experience in events, conferences, meeting and production management including C-level events
• Experience working with senior clients and managing complex events
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint & Excel)
• Strong project management, planning, and vendor management skills
• Willingness to travel domestically or abroad for onsite events and site visits
• Experience with virtual events (Webex/Zoom) is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Full life-cycle planning and execution of multiple events in virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats
• Budget development and management; post‑meeting reconciliation and reporting
• Sourcing, negotiating, and managing venues and suppliers
• Coordinate registration, food & beverage, transportation, housing, entertainment, AV, and webcasts
• Work with Marketing, Production, IT, Data teams and Legal/Compliance on deliverables
• Plan virtual events including timelines, invitations, and communications
• Collaborate with client and colleagues for large-scale programs and continuity of operations
• Ensure adherence to client standards and risk/compliance guidelines
• Oversee on-site logistics and team coordination for live events
• Post-event wrap up and client debriefs for year-over-year improvements
• Share knowledge of best practices and new suppliers
