FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency delivering content, creative, digital technology, management & delivery, and data insights. The Project Manager role focuses on supporting clients with internal and external events, delivering exceptional service from briefing to post-event reconciliation.

You will oversee all aspects of event operations, including planning, logistics, registration, travel, venue coordination, A/V, and speaker management, with onsite travel as needed.

Formación

• 5–7+ years’ event management experience, preferably in a corporate or financial environment.
• Experience in events, conferences, meetings and production management.
• Experience in working with and managing senior clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel) and event tech tools.
• Willing to travel for site visits and on-site management of events.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Full life-cycle planning and execution of multiple events in virtual, in-person and hybrid formats.
• Manage budgets, expenses, invoices and post-event reporting.
• Source and negotiate venues and manage contracts with suppliers.
• Coordinate registration, transportation, hotel accommodations, entertainment, A/V, webcasts and staging.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Event Technology and Legal teams to deliver events.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and risk guidelines.
• Travel for site inspections and on-site management as required.
