FIRST is seeking an Event Technology Manager in the United States to support attendee data management, registration websites, and data reporting for large events. You will implement and support new tech platforms, with advanced Excel usage to manage lists and generate insights for the events delivery team.

The role requires coordinating with clients and internal teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth on-site and digital experiences. Travel up to 40% may be needed.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology, including entry level meeting planning and coordination with registration and event technology
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
• Proficiency with registration website platforms such as Cvent, Splash, Certain, Aventri, Eventbrite other registration website platforms required
• General knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, but not required

• Implement and manage event registration websites and related technology
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support client communications
