Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead our accounting function across multiple entities and currencies. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive the close, consolidate US GAAP financials, audits, controls, and technical accounting while building a high-performing international team.

You’ll own technical analyses on revenue recognition, wallet balances, intercompany, and tax compliance, partnering with leaders to implement scalable, automated processes across the finance stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strong hands-on accounting experience in a multi-entity business.
• Deep US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and principal vs. agent judgments.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close across six entities with intercompany, FX, and translation.
• Lead group and UK statutory audits from planning through sign-off.
• Improve internal controls and automate processes using NetSuite and integrations.
• Build and manage a high-performing international accounting team.
• Collaborate with leaders on finance-enabled strategic initiatives.
