Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics in Illinois seeks an experienced Account Manager to lead large, global accounts, handling daily client communications and coordinating with Crane Worldwide’s operations network. You will ensure tracking information is accurate, escalate issues promptly, and deliver pre-alerts and reports in line with SOPs.

Ideal candidates possess superior written and verbal communication, negotiation, organization, and teamwork skills, with 5–7 years' experience or an equivalent

• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• 5–7 years' experience or combination with education.

Responsibilities

• Manage large global accounts and daily client communications.
• Serve as intermediary between client and Crane Worldwide operations.
• Coordinate tracking information with the client and network.
• Escalate shipment issues promptly to ensure resolution.
• Prepare and transmit pre-alerts and client reports as required.
• Mentor and assist other account managers as needed.
