Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage the account and ensure staff execute service agreements to standard. You will drive profitability through superior service and proactive client communication, while monitoring revenue, expenses and financials.

The role requires on-site presence, at least five years of related experience, and supervisory experience in a logistics environment. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and employee programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations for the account to ensure service agreements meet or exceed standards.
• Maximize profitability through superior service and prompt, effective communications with the manager and client.
• Review revenue and expenses against budget; raise issues when necessary.
• Provide excellent service and responsiveness to the client.
• Monitor financial aspects of the account (purchasing, budget prep and review, reporting, expenses).
