Job summary

Esri is seeking a Sr. GIS Partner Manager for utilities, telecom and rail to strengthen relationships with systems integrators and business partners in the Denver and Louisville markets.

You will collaborate with Esri account managers, develop sales and marketing plans for partners, and drive opportunities across the partner network. This role requires travel, strategic leadership, and the ability to align partner offerings with Esri’s goals while growing key alliances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise sales or consulting or program management.
• Experience in utilities, telecom, or rail.
• Proven ability to manage sales cycles and partnerships.
• Domestic and international partner network experience.
• Strong storytelling and negotiation across org levels.
• Experience developing multi-level sales strategies.
• Familiarity with Esri technology for partner campaigns.
• Channel management or business partner development.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business or related field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S., Visa sponsorship not available.
