Job summary

Esri is seeking a Sr. Solution Engineer to join our Utilities account team in the Denver/ Louisville area. You will act as a GIS subject matter expert, guiding customers through complex GIS-driven solutions for electric, gas, and telecommunications sectors.

You will lead technical engagements, demonstrate Esri software value, and deliver strategies that align GIS with customers’ business needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps and spatial analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in electric, gas and/or telecommunications.
• Broad ArcGIS IT context knowledge (hardware, storage, security, networking).
• Experience in technical consulting and solution design.
• Understanding of sales and business development processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot Esri deployments and architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts (Azure or AWS).
• Experience integrating software with data warehousing, CRM, ERP, analytics.
• Programming in Python and JavaScript.
