Job summary
Esri is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to join our AEC team and drive growth in construction verticals using geospatial technology. You will prospect large accounts, build executive relationships, and translate GIS solutions into business value.
Collaborate with Esri teams and partners, articulate the strengths of Esri technology for construction, and manage opportunities end-to-end to achieve revenue targets while traveling as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience managing the sales cycle, creating partnerships, and trusted advisor with large customers.
- Financial and business acumen to build account growth strategies.
- Advanced knowledge of the construction industry and GIS technology and its applications.
- Understanding of GIS, Esri technology and the construction industry relation.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships, prospect, develop and implement location strategies for large organizations.
- Understand customers and access executive decision makers in complex budgets and procurement processes.
- Articulate the strength and value of Esri technology for construction and tell the story visually.
- Lead account strategies and collaborate with Esri teams and partners.
- Deliver results by managing opportunities to meet revenue goals and drive adoption.
