Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to lead geotechnical and environmental projects across multiple sites. You will oversee planning, execution, and closure while directing field staff and coordinating with clients.

The role requires hands-on project management, strong technical background in geotechnical engineering, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for our municipal, industrial, and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in South Carolina or reciprocity with operating states.
• 5–12 years of geotechnical engineering and/or materials testing with 3+ years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, designers, and field staff.
• Serve as primary client contact, maintaining professional relationships throughout project lifecycle.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
