WSP seeks a Senior Geotechnical Engineer Manager to lead complex infrastructure and development projects across New England from our Merrimack, NH office. The role combines strong geotechnical expertise with project management, client development, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geological Engineering with geotechnical emphasis.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in a New England state or reciprocity eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical engineering projects from proposal through design, construction, and closeout.
• Provide technical oversight for investigations, foundation design, slope stability, retaining structures, and earthwork.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to project sites as required to support field activities.
