Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a geotechnical-focused discipline.
10+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in a New England state or eligible by reciprocity.
Experience leading geotechnical design and construction projects.
Strong project management, technical writing, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead geotechnical projects from proposal through design, construction, and closeout.
Provide technical oversight for subsurface exploration, foundation design, slope stability, and earthwork.
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, quality, and client deliverables.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and regulators to deliver outcomes.
Review and prepare engineering reports, specifications, calculations, and construction documents; mentor staff.
Support business development, client relationships, and proposal pursuits.
