Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) seeks an experienced Senior Engineer to join its geotechnical group in the Southeast. The role emphasizes leadership in complex projects, advanced technical expertise, and mentoring junior staff.

The Senior Engineer will support long-term clients, expand geotechnical capabilities, and foster an innovative team environment while balancing work-life commitments. Projects span municipal, industrial, residential, and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a geotechnical focus; Master’s preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in South Carolina or North Carolina; ability to obtain licensure in other southeastern states within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert interpretation of analytical data for a variety of projects.
• Lead geotechnical investigations including site reconnaissance, drilling oversight, sampling, and field data collection.
