Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) is seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on managing complex geotechnical projects, providing advanced technical leadership, and mentoring junior staff across our geotechnical group.

The position supports long‑term clients, expands geotechnical capabilities, and fosters collaboration in a dynamic environmental and construction materials testing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a geotechnical focus.
• Masters degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert interpretation of analytical data for diverse projects.
• Lead geotechnical investigations including site reconnaissance, drilling oversight, sampling, and field data collection.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, maps, and presentations for clients and regulators.
• Ensure technical accuracy and quality in deliverables.
• Lead complex environmental investigations and remediation projects.
• Manage multiple projects with budget and schedule oversight.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical direction to teams.
• Support client relations and business development through technical excellence.
