Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus; master's preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of geotechnical design and construction requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for site meetings, marketing, and client development in the southeastern US.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical oversight, project management, client management, and business development for the Regional Geotech Group.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to staff and project engineers in geotechnical group.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Review proposals and participate in business development activities to identify new revenue streams.
• Review written reports for BLE clients and ensure quality and commitment.
• Explore and adopt new technologies to improve project efficiency and quality.
