Job summary
Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) is seeking a Senior Geostructural Design Engineer to lead delivery of complex geostructural projects including retaining walls, slope stabilization, and deep foundations. The role offers direct client interaction, project ownership, and growth of a specialized service line within a multidisciplinary firm.
The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in geotechnical/structural/geostructural engineering, a PE license, and strong verbal/written communication to coordinate
Qualifications
- ABET-accredited degree in civil engineering or related field.
- PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- 8–12 years in geotechnical/structural/geostructural roles with increasing responsibility.
- Safety training and construction knowledge a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead design delivery for retaining walls, ground improvement, excavation support, slope stabilization, and deep foundations.
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate with internal/external teams.
- Ensure designs meet codes, standards, and project specs.
- Manage client interactions and project scope with strong communication.
