Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, real estate, or finance.
At least 10 years of multifamily residential and condo management experience.
Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RentCafe, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
Valid NYS real estate license or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
Must be available to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Maximize client satisfaction and ensure day-to-day property operations.
Oversee Resident Managers and staff; set goals and supervise scheduling.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; manage vendor relationships.
Oversee construction for new buildings and capital improvements.
Prepare and monitor operating budgets and variance reports.
Analyze income/expense patterns and advise upper management on financial performance.
