HMSHost is seeking a General Manager II to oversee a complex QSR or Casual Dine operation, ensuring cleanliness, staffing, opening readiness, and high financial performance. The GMII will make leadership decisions and drive overall restaurant success.

The role requires extensive restaurant management experience, strong team leadership, and adherence to HMSHost policies and brand standards. Onsite work with opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years P&L restaurant management experience.
• 5–7 years in restaurant operations preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Knowledge of HMSHost policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Open and close restaurant operations and ensure opening/closing checklists.
• Staff deployment, scheduling, and labor optimization.
• Coach and develop team performance and engagement.
• Oversee inventory, vendor coordination, and audits.
