Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Manager II to support branch management in executing complex QSR or Casual Dine restaurant operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and runs to high standards, using established policies for decision making.

The role requires overseeing opening/closing procedures, supervising day-to-day activities, managing schedules, and maintaining safety compliance, while handling cash and coordinating with the GM or Operations Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years food & beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, understand instructions and policy documents; communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations; ensure restaurant is clean, staffed, and ready for business.
• Supervise associates, assign tasks, schedule shifts, ensure coverage.
• Enforce health, safety, and AB policies; maintain compliance.
