HMSHost is seeking a General Manager II to lead a complex QSR or Casual Dine operation or cluster near each other with annual sales over $4M. You will oversee opening/closing, staffing, budgeting, and ensuring top service and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant P&L management experience.
• Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for part of the time-based experience.
• Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills.
• Knowledge HMSHost policies, products, service, quality, equipment and operations standards.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant, ensuring opening/closing checklists are followed.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and manage shifts and scheduling.
• Interview candidates and make hiring decisions, promoting HMSHost as an employer of choice.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and ensure proper badging and compliance.
• Read and analyze financial/operational data to monitor progress toward unit goals.
