Qualifications

• Ability to analyze complex situations and manage high-value claims.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an active caseload of injury and/or property damage claims.
• Investigate information to determine coverage and liability.
• Provide timely communication to customers, counsel, and vendors.
• Develop advanced resolution strategies and coordinate resources.
• Partner with Counsel on litigation management strategies.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and document records.
• Maintain accurate claim activity in management systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Adapt to new technology and AI tools while maintaining productivity.
