Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Three years of bodily injury liability, property damage liability, or comparable claim related experience.
• Active adjuster license, where required by state law.
• Experience with claims management systems and enterprise technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and make independent decisions.
• Strong customer service and ability to manage high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an active caseload of injury and/or property damage claims and litigation from first notice of loss through resolution within level of authority.
• Gather and thoroughly investigate information to determine coverage and liability, assess damages and establish reserves.
• Provide timely and professional communication to customers, representatives, opposing counsel, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute advanced resolution strategies and coordinate resources for investigations and evaluations.
• Partner with Counsel to develop, direct, and execute litigation management strategies.
• Manage multi-party negotiations to achieve optimal claim resolutions within delegated authority.
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems.
• Adapt to new technology implementations, system upgrades, and AI tools.
